Shipping Policy

Sprue Box Ltd uses a variety of parcel carriers, we reserve the right to choose thecarrier and we are unable to use a customers preferred carrier.

UK Deliveries

In all case the following will apply.​

  • Orders of up to 1 kilos £4.50

  • Orders of 1-2 kilos £6.50

  • Orders of 2-5 kilos £7.50

  • Orders of 5-10 Kilos £8.50

  • Orders over 10 Kilos £10.50


International purchases are subject to extra charges to the advertised rates and are on a case by case basis. If you're unsure please contact us before you order.

Where possible we for now will quote the additional cost to you on request.

  • Once the order has dispatched, we must allow the carrier a reasonable time frame to deliver. Sprue Box  Ltd and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery.

  • We cannot demand a parcel carrier to leave a package. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the goods. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. All damage must be claimed by the forwarding company.

  • Sprue Box are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. Export documentation will not be provided. Know who you are receiving a package form or forwarding a package to!

  • If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen goods. You may be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we are very confident that you will be very happy with you purchase from Sprue Box Ltd, there maybe the odd occasion you may need to return an item to us. Your 100% satisfaction is our aim.

Cancellations and Returns

  • You can cancel your contract up to 14 days after delivery, but first you must confirm you intentions by writing to us at either our email address or Company address. 

  • Please always include your order reference number in any correspondence.

  • While it's important to note, you do not have too explain your reasons, to assist us in delivery of 100% satisfaction to our customers it would be very helpful if a brief description was given.

  • If you revoke this right, you must return to goods in the original packing and in good order.

  • All returns will be at your own expense and once delivered to you, remain your responsibility until such time as we have inspected and confirmed receipt of the goods return.

  • Any damage or deterioration to the goods will be charged accordingly back to you as a reduction in value.

  • Complying with Consumer Regulations Act 2013 is always at the forefront of this policy.

  • Our Cancelation Policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Products

  • In all cases where an item is faulty, please contact us straight away, so that we can resolve any issue quickly with in  your legal rights.
